By accessing or using GETPRO Algo ("the Service") at getproalgo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
GETPRO Algo provides a technical analysis indicator ("the Indicator") published on the TradingView platform. The Indicator is a software tool designed to assist traders in identifying potential market patterns based on historical price data. It does not execute trades, manage funds, provide personalized investment advice, or place orders on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Access to the Indicator is provided through subscription plans processed via Whop. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
All payments are processed by Whop and subject to their payment terms. GETPRO Algo does not store your payment information.
We offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. Only one free trial is permitted per person.
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued after a purchase is completed. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the free trial before subscribing to a paid plan to ensure the Indicator meets your expectations.
The Indicator, its source code, visual design, documentation, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of GETPRO Algo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Indicator solely for your personal trading activities. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website or within the Indicator constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not treat any content from the Service as such. All trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.
GETPRO Algo is not registered as an investment adviser with any regulatory authority. Past performance indicated by the tool does not guarantee future results.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GETPRO Algo, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including TradingView and Whop. GETPRO Algo has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
